I worked out for the first time since, well, probably in 2014 sometime. Actually, I swam a handful of times during my pregnancy. That’s gotta count, right?
It was feeling really good at first but then that threshold hits where you’re breathing hard, your pulse is racing and somewhere in that sweaty moment you know if you don’t push just a bit past the place where you want to die you won’t get that endorphin reward and the determination to do it again.
I’m doubling my fifteen minute, intense workout to make it more challenging. So…I won’t be able to walk tomorrow and I’ll be wanting to drop off to sleep even more than usual. But in spite of the pain it feels good to be working out again.
Today’s look is another beautiful dress. I love these wrap dresses which makes it so easy and convenient to nurse. Taking up the hem of a long dress to the knees can give it a more casual, fun look especially with a pair of cute flats. The long dress look is elegant during pregnancy but now it’s time for a change.
I’ll do a long vs. short post to show the amazing difference a little tailoring can make.
