The best Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor Workout

Two babies in two years. I never expected to have my children so close in age. This wasn’t my plan. But it’s not the first time plans have been hijacked. My baby was just over eight months old when I found out I was pregnant again. I had JUST barely lost most of that first baby weight and the inevitable flabby tummy was just starting to shape up.

Getting pregnant so soon added a new layer of fat on the old.  Not only were my barely strengthened abs doubly stretched, the old workout wasn’t hitting it.  Innumerable sit-ups weren’t getting my lazy muscles strong again.  Was I ever going to get into any kind of pre-baby(s) shape again? Honestly, I began thinking I needed to come to terms with what once was, would never be again. But I was wrong and thankful because I found a great system by Natalie and Dr. Middlekauff

Then I learned I had been doing things all wrong! Because I had babies so close I developed Diastasis Recti which means your left and right belly muscles have widened leaving a pooch, and there are exercises you should not be doing.  This can happen when you have more than one baby regardless of how close in age.  Planks, sit-ups, and crunches are just a few you should stop!

You can learn how to deal with Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor issues with Natalie Hodson’s 30 day Abs, Core, & Pelvic Floor program. Learn all about the “mom pooch” and treating common issues that hinder so many women following birth. Bonus! Nutritional information included!

Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor was written by personal trainer Natalie Hodson and Dr. Monique Middlekauff, who is a specialist in pelvic floor dysfunction. What I’ve learned has strengthened me and doing the proper workout has given me amazing results.

These results are from a few weeks into the program with a few bad eating habits I’m trying to kick. It’s so hard not to be discouraged but with this workout I’m no longer dragging myself to the gym.  I am excited about working out!

Obviously working out with children around is super EASY! 😉
